My 14 year old son started drum lessons with Cat at the end of March 2020, just as lockdown in the UK started. He had only been playing for just over a month and was just starting to get the hang of it when his drum teacher told us that he was unable to teach online.
Woody came away from his first online lesson with Cat beaming! He’d thoroughly enjoyed the lesson and had found it so much more useful having someone who would actually demonstrate what he was supposed to be doing rather than just following pages from a book. The Zoom platform seems to work well, both with visuals and audio and Cat always sends through his homework straight after the lesson.
